1. Delivery Areas
MeloBricks currently delivers within South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping unless stated otherwise on our website.
2. Processing Time
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order.
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, sales, public holidays, supplier delays, or unexpected circumstances.
Business days do not include weekends or South African public holidays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and order volume.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
MeloBricks may offer free shipping on orders over R700, depending on the promotion available at the time of purchase.
Free shipping offers may be changed, removed, or updated at any time without notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email, SMS, or through the courier service, depending on the delivery method used.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure that your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
MeloBricks is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery fees.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may attempt to contact you or arrange another delivery attempt.
It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address or to arrange for someone to receive the parcel on your behalf.
If a delivery fails multiple times and the parcel is returned, additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item or packaging
- A clear explanation of the issue
We will review the matter and assist where reasonably possible.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
While we do our best to make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, MeloBricks is not responsible for courier delays or delays caused by events outside our control.
This may include:
- Courier backlogs
- Supplier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery details
- Road disruptions
- High seasonal order volumes
10. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, or supplier fulfilment.
If this happens, you may receive more than one delivery for the same order.
